Measuring the Handle

Screw hole centers:

Most Espag handles are manufactured to an industry standard with 43mm screw hole centers. Therefore, as long as the centers measure 43mm, it will fit perfectly, even if the style differs from your existing handle.

Handing (Left/Right):

This is a straight-lever handle (non-handed), making it a universal replacement for both left- and right-hand opening windows.

Spindle length:

Remove the two fixing screws and measure the distance from the base of the handle to the end of the spindle.

Spindle width:

While the vast majority of Espag spindles are 7mm wide (square profile), it is recommended to verify this before ordering, as 8mm versions occasionally exist (commonly found on timber windows).
