how to connect ?
1. connect the battery
2. connect the controller throttle line(color to color),connect electric lock
(if your throttle not have key lock,controller key lock can be shorted)
3. connect the hall line(if motor without hall line, don't need connect)
4.docking the two intelligent recognition lines, the wheel will forward or reverse.
(1.if wheel forward ,Separate the intelligent recognition line.
2.if wheel reverse, Separate the intelligent recognition line. Docking the intelligent recognition line again,
if wheel forward ,Separate the self-learning line.)
5.other functions can be connected as needed.
how to connect controller?
step 1. Connect the positive and negative poles, motor phase wires.
Step 2. Connect wires 1, 3, 11
Step 3. Connect line 14, and the motor is suspended. (Note: Before connecting the self-learning line, the motor needs to be suspended)
Step 4. The motor will perform forward/reverse rotation. (If there is a reversal, you need to disconnect the line 14 and connect it again) Wait for 10 seconds to complete the learning in the forward state.
Step 5. Complete the wiring with the remaining wires according to your needs.
What is a Sine wave controller?
Quiet start (except in special cases)
Great power and power saving.
The three-mode controller is a sine wave controller.
It can work in three modes, sine wave mode, square wave mode and Hallless mode (i.e. can be used without Hall sensor).
The default is sine wave mode with Hall sensor.
When the Hall sensor is damaged, it will automatically switch to square wave mode.
Runs Hallless mode when no Hall sensor is connected.
Suitable for hub motors, differential motors, etc.
Tips:
Works with many motors, but only hub motors with hall sensors can use sine wave mode.
It will automatically switch to square wave mode or Hallless mode when running other motors.
