Wash your hands frequently, especially if you�ve been in public spaces or coughed or sneezed into them
Use soap and water, scrubbing thoroughly for at least 20 seconds, or use a hand sanitiser
Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose, and mouth when removing the face-covering
